Plans, your trial and cancelling

What the plans cost, where to choose one, what happens when your trial ends, and how to cancel.

Where to find it: Account & Settings → Account → Subscription

Open this in the portal →

Steps

  1. A status row under the clinic name shows the days left in your trial. Click it to open Subscription.
  2. Starter: €19 a month, for up to 15 patients. Solo: €49 a month or €490 a year. Practice: €99 a month or €990 a year, with 2 practitioners included and €39 a month for each extra one. Prices include any applicable VAT, and the portal shows them in your currency where MyDosha offers one.
  3. Only the owner chooses or changes the plan. Other accounts see the plans with a line saying the owner chooses.
  4. When paid plans are open, each plan has a Subscribe button and payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. Your portal, patients and dossiers stay exactly as they were.
  5. If the section shows that paid plans open soon, there is nothing to pay yet, and a trial that would end first is extended.
  6. Need more time? Reply to a trial reminder email and ask for it.
  7. To cancel a paid plan, the owner uses “Manage subscription”, which opens Stripe's secure billing page. It takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and partial periods are not refunded.
  8. On a paid plan, “Usage and extra credits” lets the owner or a practitioner buy extra transcription time and VEDA requests. They are used only once the month's allowance is used up.

Good to know

When a trial ends without a plan, the portal becomes view-only: patients and dossiers stay visible, adding and editing stop, and the intake link pauses. Nothing deletes your records when a trial ends, and choosing a plan picks up where you left off.
