Record a consult and log the visit
Write or dictate your own findings, log the visit, and follow the patient across visits on the Timeline.
Where to find it: Patient → Consult
Open this in the portal →Steps
- Open the patient's Consult tab. Everything saves automatically.
- Under Exam narrative, type or dictate the whole consult.
- “Sort into fields” copies findings from your narrative into the exam boxes, and you confirm each one. You can also fill the boxes directly.
- Add clinical photos or a body map if you use them.
- At the end of the visit choose “Log this visit & clear form”. The visit is kept on the Timeline and the form is cleared for next time.
- Open the Timeline to see every logged visit. Once two are logged, “Compare visits” sets them side by side.
Good to know
These are your own clinical findings. “Sort into fields” uses AI and can be switched off under AI Controls.
