Follow a patient and compare visits
See every logged visit in one place and set two visits side by side.
Where to find it: Patient → Timeline
Open this in the portal →Steps
- Open the patient's Timeline tab. Each logged visit expands to everything archived with it: findings, treatment plan, patient handout, private notes and photos.
- Once two visits are logged, choose “Compare visits”.
- Pick the Earlier visit and the Later visit.
- The values appear side by side, exactly as recorded at each visit, and the cells that differ are marked.
- Choose “Close comparison” to go back.
Good to know
The comparison shows what was recorded and marks what differs. Nothing is judged or interpreted; that stays with you.
