Pathya, apathya and dinacharya

Write what to favour, what to avoid and a day schedule as lists that print on the patient's sheet.

Where to find it: Patient → Treatment → Ahara and Vihara

Open this in the portal →

Steps

  1. Open the patient's Treatment tab.
  2. Under Ahara, add items to Pathya (favour) and Apathya (avoid), each with an optional category: food, drink, activity or timing.
  3. Under Vihara, add rows to Dinacharya (day schedule) with a time and an activity.
  4. Your free text stays as notes above the lists.
  5. The lists print under their section on the patient's treatment-plan sheet (PDF, emailed care plan and patient portal), unless that section is kept off the sheet. Plan templates carry them.

Good to know

These are your own lists: MyDosha never fills or suggests an item. This applies where the treatment plan has Ahara and Vihara sections.
