Add yoga poses (asanas) to a plan

Pick poses from an illustrated, searchable library and give each a dose and a short note.

Where to find it: Patient → Treatment → Vihara

Steps

  1. Open the patient's Treatment tab and find the Vihara section.
  2. Choose “+ Add asana”. An illustrated library of yoga poses opens; search it by name.
  3. Pick a pose. Give it a dose and a short note; poses can be reordered or removed.
  4. Each pose prints with its drawing on the patient's treatment-plan sheet (PDF, emailed care plan and patient portal), unless Vihara is kept off the sheet.

Good to know

The library only illustrates: it carries no dosha tags or indications and suggests nothing. The choice is yours. This applies where the plan has a Vihara section.
