AI controls and what VEDA does

Every AI feature has an off switch. The AI reorganises and drafts; the practitioner makes every decision.

Where to find it: Account & Settings → AI

Steps

  1. Open Account & Settings → AI. It holds the master switch and each AI feature, switched on or off per clinic: intake help, dossier, chat, dictation, import parsing, the practice assistant and its proposals.
  2. VEDA, the practice assistant, looks things up, navigates to screens and proposes operational changes as confirmation cards.
  3. A proposal never executes by itself: only your confirmation performs it, through the same checks as a manual action.

Good to know

VEDA cites reference material and declines diagnosis, prescriptions and safety judgments; those stay with the practitioner. The scope statement is at mydosha.org/intended-use.
