German practices: DATEV, GebüH and Kleinunternehmer

Export for your Steuerberater, and switch invoices to the GebüH format for Heilpraktiker.

Where to find it: Account & Settings → Billing & Invoicing

Open this in the portal →

Steps

  1. Set your country to Germany under Account & Settings → Practice & Branding.
  2. Under Billing & Invoicing, enter your Steuernummer and your company registration number if you have one.
  3. For the DATEV export, enter the configuration your Steuerberater gives you, then export your bookings from Invoices.
  4. The owner can switch invoices to the GebüH format. Keep your own list of GebüH numbers with your own prices; MyDosha fills in no prices.
  5. On a GebüH invoice each service carries its number and date, medicines and external lab sit under Auslagen, and you type the diagnosis the GebüH asks for yourself. It is required before sending, and nothing fills it in.
  6. Kleinunternehmer: use the switch in the same section. A line at 0% then needs § 19 UStG as its exemption basis.

Good to know

The DATEV export is not a certified DATEV interface. Check the settings and your invoices with your Steuerberater.
