Your dashboard
The start screen after signing in: today's appointments, new messages and the work waiting for you.
Where to find it: Sidebar → Dashboard

Steps
- The top shows the time and date of your clinic and two quick actions: Add patient and Quick actions.
- Below is the day: today's appointments with time, patient, treatment and room, and a button to open the patient. A day with nothing booked names the next appointment.
- Notifications lists new patient messages, one row per patient. “Open conversation” opens the thread; “Mark all read” clears the block. Read state is per person, so colleagues keep their own.
- Needs you holds the waiting work as cards: intakes to review, patients seen without a care plan, follow-ups due, self-booked appointments, overdue invoices and low stock. Each card has one button that goes straight to it.
- A card can be set aside for the day with its cross. It comes back if the work behind it changes, and finishing the work removes it.
Good to know
The practice's numbers live in Practice Analytics, not on the dashboard. In a practice with several practitioners, a switch above the notifications shows all practitioners or just yours.
