You became a practitioner to help people heal — not to fill out intake forms.

20–30 minutes lost to paperwork

Every first consultation starts with the same pen-and-paper intake. By the time you reach the actual conversation, half your session is gone.

Clients arrive unprepared

Most people have never heard Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni or Ojas. You end up teaching fundamentals during billable time instead of consulting.

Clinical notes live in scattered notebooks

Exam findings, visit histories, treatment plans — buried in paper or generic tools that know nothing about Nadi pariksha or Panchakarma.

What practitioners single out

Four things that make MyDosha different.

Built for the way Ayurvedic practitioners actually work — not retrofitted from a generic EHR.

💬

Conversational AI intake

Veda runs a warm 25-question conversation with your patient before they arrive — in English, Dutch, Danish or German. You receive a 19-section Prakriti / Vikriti / Agni / Manas dossier with a one-paragraph summary at the top. Half your first consultation is already done.

🎙

Voice-dictated exam

Speak the full Ashtavidha pariksha as one narrative. Claude parses it into the ten exam boxes, you accept or edit each, snapshot the visit. The structured chart you'd normally type by hand, in seconds.

📓

A patient journal that earns daily use

Five sliders, optional check-ins for hydration / bowel / adherence, streak counter, four languages, full FAQ. Designed so the patient logs daily without resenting it — and you arrive at every follow-up with the trend already in front of you.

Honest, indie pricing

€49 for solo practitioners. €149 for a clinic of three. €490 / year billed annually for the solo plan — two months free. No setup fees, no per-patient charges, no upsells. See pricing →

Who We Are

AI patient intake & profiling for Ayurvedic practitioners — built from the inside

MyDosha was born from firsthand experience on both sides of the Ayurvedic consultation table. We know what patients need to feel heard, and we know what practitioners need to deliver precise, personalised care without drowning in paperwork.

Thomas Thijs, MyDosha's founder, spent years managing chronic asthma, severe eczema, and persistent allergies through conventional medicine. Specialist after specialist treated the symptoms. None found the root cause. It was only in Goa, under the care of BAMS physician Dr. Rohit Borkar, that everything changed.

"You have a strong Vata imbalance — and you're treating it with Vata-aggravating habits." — Dr. Rohit Borkar, Ayurvedic Physician, Goa

The consultation took under an hour. Nadi pariksha, a structured lifestyle assessment, and decades of clinical pattern recognition. The resulting protocol — warm food, grounding movement, consistent sleep, Abhyanga — guided changes that, in Thomas's personal experience, supported a lasting improvement after years of conventional medicine had not produced one.

Personal experience shared with permission. Not medical advice. Individual results vary, are not typical, and do not represent guaranteed outcomes from any Ayurvedic approach. MyDosha has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

That experience made one thing clear: the depth of an Ayurvedic intake is its greatest clinical asset. But without the right infrastructure, that depth is bottlenecked by manual documentation, missed data, and sessions that run over time.

MyDosha was built to remove that bottleneck. Veda, our AI intake assistant, conducts a structured 25-question Prakriti–Vikriti assessment with every patient before they arrive — delivered in English, Danish or German — with more on request — and automatically organised into a 19-section clinical dossier. Your consultation starts informed, not from zero.

Clinical depth, not a quiz

Prakriti and Vikriti are assessed separately. Patients answer based on lifelong constitution — not how they feel this week.

Answers before you ask.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up at /signup in under a minute — name, practice, email. Your portal opens instantly, pre-loaded with two demo patients so you can explore every feature. Send your real clients the intake link and their full 19-section dossier arrives within 90 seconds of completion. After 14 days you choose whether to continue. No credit card required to start.
Will this replace me as a practitioner?
No. MyDosha does the structured intake your client would have filled out on paper — nothing more. The dossier is an orientation, not a diagnosis. Your examination, your judgement and your treatment plan remain entirely yours. The tool makes the consultation more human: less paperwork, more conversation.
How is this different from a typed intake form?
A form is a one-way questionnaire. Veda is a warm conversation that follows up on unusual answers, adapts to the client's language and literacy, and produces a structured 19-section dossier instead of raw answers. You arrive at the consultation already knowing who they are — rather than combing through typed replies.
What about self-diagnosis risk?
Veda never reveals the dosha result to the client during the conversation and never offers medical advice. Every observation is framed as self-reported ("your responses suggest", "tends toward"). The dossier goes to the practitioner, not the client — preserving your role as the interpreter.
Is client data GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Explicit patient consent is captured at the start of every intake. The practitioner is the controller for patient records; MyDosha acts as processor for the intake workspace. Patient records can be exported (CSV) from the Account modal, and practitioners should keep their own statutory patient-file archive before unsubscribing. Full detail: GDPR & Data and Privacy Policy.
Where exactly is patient data stored?
Patient records are stored by Supabase (US company, AWS infrastructure). The EU–US transfer is lawful under Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCC 2021/914). AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude API (US, same SCC mechanism). The application runs on Vercel's edge network. No patient data is used to train AI models. Full sub-processor list: mydosha.org/gdpr.
Can my clinic sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes — every paying clinic gets a signed DPA as part of onboarding (typically alongside the first invoice). Need it sooner for institutional vendor approval before the trial ends? Email hello@mydosha.org and we send within 48 hours. The DPA covers MyDosha's role as data processor, the sub-processor list, and EU SCC references.
How easy is it to delete or export patient data?
Very easy — no emailing support required. In the practitioner portal, Account modal: "Export patient data (CSV)" gives an instant spreadsheet of all records. "Delete my practice" wipes MyDosha's copy permanently (phrase-confirmed), so export first if you need a WGBO or similar archive outside MyDosha. Patients themselves can email privacy@mydosha.org for access or deletion requests, handled within 30 days subject to the practitioner's controller instructions.
Which languages does it support?
English, Dutch, Danish, German and European Portuguese live today. The intake framework is built for multilingual scaling — additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish and more) can be enabled within roughly 2 weeks on request. The dossier is delivered in the patient's language; an English summary is also available.
Can I white-label the report?
From the Practice plan upwards, yes — your logo, your colours, your practice name on every report. Solo plan adds a "Prepared for [Your Practice]" header and removes consumer CTAs. Full white-label starts on Practice.

Two problems. One platform.

Ayurvedic practice has been transforming lives for five thousand years. The tools practitioners use to document it haven't changed since the clipboard.

01

Give practitioners the infrastructure their practice deserves

Every intake is a conversation spanning constitutions, seasons, digestion, sleep, and mind. It deserves more than a paper form and a WhatsApp follow-up. MyDosha turns that conversation into a structured, searchable, shareable dossier — so practitioners can focus on the patient, not the paperwork.

02

Build the scientific evidence base Ayurveda has been waiting for

The more practitioners who document their practice on MyDosha, the larger our anonymised, GDPR-compliant dataset grows. We're building toward the first large-scale EU outcomes study — practitioner-grade data that can finally answer, rigorously, what Ayurveda does for people.

25+intake questions
19dossier sections
EU GDPRcompliant by design
network effects

Research data is opt-in and fully anonymised. Patient consent for research is collected separately from clinical consent, in accordance with GDPR Article 89 (processing for scientific research purposes).
