MyDosha Ambassador Program · India

Your students practise across the world.
Recommend the software they will use.

MyDosha is intake and practice software for Ayurvedic practitioners. If you run an Ayurveda college, institute or school, or you teach and are not a registered practitioner, and your students practise in Europe and in India, introduce them, and earn 20% of what each practice you bring pays MyDosha, for its first twelve months of paid service, in the currency the practice pays.

Who it is for

Colleges, institutes and schools

Ayurveda colleges, institutes and schools whose graduates set up their own practice, in India or in Europe. The institution is the ambassador and is paid as the institution, to its own bank account, never to a named person.

When you recommend MyDosha, do not use the name, signature, photograph or video of any registered practitioner, including your principal or faculty. Your page at mydosha.org/your-name shows the name you give it, so an institute names the institution there.

Teachers and trainers

Teachers and trainers whose students set up their own practice, who are not registered as practitioners of an Indian System of Medicine. You know who is starting out, and what they need to run a practice.

An independent promoter

You are not our employee, agent, reseller or partner. You cannot sign, promise or take money in our name. You decide how and when you talk about MyDosha, inside the rules below.

Who can join

Ayurveda colleges, institutes and schools, and teachers and trainers who are not registered as practitioners of an Indian System of Medicine, with NCISM on the National Register or with a State Board.

If you are registered, in India or abroad, this program is not open to you. The professional rules for registered practitioners (the NCISM Ethics and Registration Regulations 2023) restrict them from endorsing commercial products in advertising and from accepting payments from industry suppliers. We do not want to put anyone's registration at risk. Applicants in India confirm this on the form, and we check every applicant before we approve.

The terms, in short

A faithful summary of the ambassador agreement. You see the full agreement before you accept it, and the full agreement is what governs.

What you share

One personal link, such as mydosha.org/your-name, and one code. Both are yours alone.

A practice that signs up through your link gets a 30-day free trial instead of the usual 14 days. That longer trial is all your link gives: there is no discount, and you must not offer or promise one.

20%

What you earn

20% of the money a practice you referred actually pays MyDosha during its first twelve months of paid service, wherever that practice is. Your commission is booked in the currency the practice pays: euro or Indian rupees.

Nothing while a practice is in its free trial, and nothing from a practice that never pays. Your rate is fixed on the day each practice signs up. If a payment is refunded, your commission on it falls by the same proportion.

GST and tax

Your tax is yours: you declare what you receive. If you are registered and have to charge GST, put your GSTIN on your invoice and we pay the GST you charge. You can add your PAN to your payout details.

The rules

Say that you are paid. Whenever you recommend MyDosha in public, or to anyone who does not already know about your arrangement with us, say it plainly, in the same place and the same language as the recommendation. One line is enough:

"I earn a commission if you sign up."

  • Never make medical claims about MyDosha, in any language. Describe it as what it is: intake and practice software.
  • Never say that MyDosha helps with a named illness, and never promise a clinical result, an income, new patients or a saving.
  • No patient stories, patient photographs or before and after pictures.
  • Do not present your link or code as a discount, do not put either on voucher or coupon sites, and do not buy search advertising on the word MyDosha or any name close to it.
  • Do not register the name MyDosha, or anything close to it, as a company name, trade mark, domain or account handle.
  • Approach practitioners you have taught, know professionally or meet in your normal work. No bought lists, no unsolicited bulk email or WhatsApp messages.
  • A practice you own, work in, are paid by or control, or one run by someone in your household, is not a referral.

Either side can end the agreement at any time by email. Commission you have already earned is still paid. Practices already credited to you keep earning for you until their twelve months are up, unless the agreement ended because you broke its terms.

Program rules (also required before we approve)

These rules are not clauses of the current ambassador agreement. They are part of the program itself: we approve an application only on the basis that you follow them, and your approval email sets them out in writing.

Label it "Paid promotion". On social media, label every post that recommends MyDosha "Paid promotion" at the start, where it is seen without clicking "more". In a video, say it and show it on screen.

Speak from experience. Only recommend MyDosha if you have used it or seen it working.

Not for registered practitioners. If you are registered as a practitioner of an Indian System of Medicine, with NCISM or a State Board, in India or abroad, this program is not open to you.

Institutions. An institution is the ambassador and is paid only as the institution, to its own bank account. When it recommends MyDosha, it does not use the name, signature, photograph or video of any registered practitioner, including its principal or faculty.

How it works after you apply

  1. We review every application

We read each one ourselves. Approval is never automatic.

  2. You get an approval email

It carries your personal link and a private link to your ambassador page.

  3. You accept the agreement online

Read it in full and accept it by typing your name. Your link and your page go live the same minute.

  4. You add your payout details

Your Indian bank account and IFSC, your GSTIN or PAN if you have them and, if you like, a one-line introduction for your page. Before you save them, we tell you exactly how we use them and ask for your consent. Now or later, from the same page.

Questions

Do the practitioners I refer get a discount?

No. Your link gives them a 30-day free trial instead of the usual 14 days. That is all it gives. There is no discount, and you must not offer or promise one.

How am I paid from India?

Once every three months after the quarter ends, against a simple invoice or statement from you. Commission earned in Indian rupees is paid by bank transfer to your Indian bank account. Commission earned in euro is paid by bank transfer in euro.

Can I join if I am a registered practitioner?

No. If you are registered as a practitioner of an Indian System of Medicine with NCISM or a State Board, in India or abroad, this program is not open to you. The NCISM Ethics and Registration Regulations 2023 restrict registered practitioners from endorsing commercial products in advertising and from accepting payments from industry suppliers.

Do I need to charge GST?

That depends on your own registration, and your tax is yours. If you are registered and have to charge GST, put your GSTIN on your invoice and we pay the GST you charge.

When do I start earning?

When a practice you referred starts paying for MyDosha. You earn nothing while it is in its free trial, and nothing from a practice that never pays.

Can my students in Europe sign up through my link?

Yes. Your link works for a practice in any country where MyDosha is offered, and your commission rate is the same wherever the practice is. Commission from a practice that pays in euro is paid to you in euro, by bank transfer.

Does my own practice count?

No. A practice you own, work in, are paid by or control is not a referral, and neither is one run by someone in your household.

Is every application approved?

No. We read every application ourselves and approve the people who already have the trust of practitioners. If we approve yours, the rest happens online, without a call.

Can I stop?

Yes. Either side can end the agreement at any time by email, with no notice and no reason. Commission you have already earned is still paid. Practices already credited to you keep earning for you until their twelve months are up, unless the agreement ended because you broke its terms.
